| The
preparatory dancing folk-ensemble |
 |
| It
gathers children of higher classes of elementary school, up
to 16 years of age. With this age of folk-dancers, their leaders
drill the traditional folklore of their region, but also elementary
parts of choreographic folklore of whole Croatia. In this way
young dancers prepare for the transfer to the Representative
folk-ensemble. |

The preparatory ensemble participates at the Annual and Christmas
concerts together with adults, and also independently participates
in programs of limited duration, mainly in our town and closer
neighborhood. The administration of Folklore ensemble of Brod
for a couple of years makes an efforts to set this ensemble
to some friendly gatherings with similar ensembles in Slovakia
and Austria. The regular dancing rehearsals are holding out
two times per week along the one-hour and also one more hour
singing.
The professional leader of the preparatory dancing ensemble
is Mr. Branka Klašnja.
